Choline Chloride 60% and 70% were developed several years ago to replace lower potency dry forms then in use. They are manufactured by spraying and throughly mixing Aqueous Choline Chloride on a suitable cereal carrier and then drying to a low moisture content.Choline Cloride 70% is the most recent form of dry choline. It is manufactured by the same process as 60% and has similiar handling characteristics.
Liquid Choline Chloride 70% and 75% are the most cost effective forms available. Aqueous Choline Chloride is used widely by feed manufacturers. It is easy to store, handle and apply to feeds. It can be used to replace up to 3 percent of the dry Choline Chloride used in premix and base mixes.
Choline Hydroxide is used as a strong organic alkali for the removal of photoresists in printed circuit board manufacturing, as a paint removal agent and as a replacer for sodium hydroxide if a strong alkali with low sodium content is required.
Choline Bicarbonate acts as a chemical intermediate for the production of other choline compounds and is useful to in certain industrial applications including oil and gas drilling.
