Our most anticipated blog of the year is here! It’s time to unveil Feature Flavors 2020 for Ice Cream and Frozen Desserts. It’s kind of a big deal.
For the past year we have been working on the trends and flavors for you to take to the freezer case in 2020. In our last blog post we reviewed the trends for 2020. This year’s lineup of concepts features our unique ingredients, including flavor bases, variegate and low melt inclusions.

Think you can’t get bright colors and great flavors combined that are all natural? Think again. Rainbow Party Cake is a vibrant twisted purple and orange ice cream, swirled with purple, cookie liquid chips for texture and bright yellow buttercream frosting variegate. Sugar the kids up at the birthday party, but keep it natural with this Crowd-Pleaser.
Our Chicago Mix Popcorn Ice Cream features Cheddar Cheese Popcorn Textured Variegate and Salted Caramel Variegate swirled in popcorn flavored ice cream. This ice cream takes a Midwestern favorite and translates this sweet and salty snack into a premium ice cream experience.
The Land of Goat Cheese & Honey Feature Flavor is a Goat Cheese Ice Cream with Diced Peaches, swirled with a Honey Variegate. The Goat Cheese in this ice cream has been strategically sourced from Stickney Hill Dairy, which has a complete story on the production of their goat cheese. We chose Stickney Hill because they meet our exacting quality standards and their Happy Goat Program.
We love chocolate! We especially love it when it has a sourcing story you can claim on the label. Belgian Chocolate Irish Cream Crunch Ice Creamà A deep luxurious Belgian Chocolate Ice Cream and twisted with Irish Cream Ice Cream and swirled with a textured Cookie Fudge Variegate to deliver crunch.
And, our final flavor for this week’s post is Toasted Coco-Cino a Better For You Indulgence, featuring our added protein textured coconut variegate in a protein added ice cream for a protein powered Premium Pintable.
